"My bandmate and long-time friend, Rémi Bilodeau, and I parted ways for a while, but I later approached him with the concept of Mourning Woods in 2011. Naturally, he loved it from the start, because it was obviously a bad dick-joke."

Formed in 2011, split up at some point afterward. Became active again in 2017.

This release dates to around September of 2011. Planned split with secular band Annorkoth, that was never finalized or released. The master tape was also lost. Two of these songs were later adapted for Photosynthesis and Rotting Serpent.
