Released in (apparently?) at least three different editions. Not certain when any of them were released. The 3rd variant (black sky, white scenery/background) was planned for release on 26 December 2006, but I'm not sure if it actually was released on that day or not. Update: I found a flyer showing the top-left variant for 26/12/06. Not sure what's going on there. Either way, the top-left variant was limited 50 copies.
