In the early days, Jefferson went by the name "Alef Hylliel".
The project ended / split up in 2018 when Jefferson left Christianity and began a separate project for his new, secular music. However, he returned to Christianity in 2019 and continued Sabactâni.
Ilton, Leandro, Thiago, John, and Elvis were only members for a very short time in 2019; they didn't appear on any Sabactâni recordings. When they were in the band, Jefferson did vocals and guitars.
