About their location: They definitely have members in Switzerland and Ecuador. Metal Archives adds France to the list, but I don't... think they ever had any members that live there? I'm not sure though.
Formed in October 1998. Briefly went by the name Satanicide before realizing the name was taken by a band from the USA. (Incidentally, the same thing apparently happened to another band Taanak played in, called Israel, who also planned to go by the name Satanicide.) They then changed this to Demonicide, but felt the name didn't reflect their style very well. They wanted to add an "-oth" or "-uth" suffix to it, to make the band's black metal style clearer, eventually deciding on "-uth". Hence, Demoniciduth. This name represents Mark 16:17-18, which mentions Jesus giving us power to cast out demons.
Went on hold in March 2000 but were active again by August. Went on hold again in March 2002 but were active again by January of the next year. Broke up sometime between 19 July 2006, and 8 July 2007. Became active again at some point afterward.
The top-right logo was designed in 2006.
