BAND NAME: Offertorium

GENRE: Unblack Metal

STATUS: Unknown

LOCATION: Brazil (São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo)

Formed in July, 1996.
Possibly the first South American unblack metal band.

Their corpsepaint is based on [Ezekiel 1:10] / [Ezequiel 1:10] where some angels are described as having four faces. Specifically, the band chose the "eagle" face, intended to symbolize the divinity of Jesus. [All this is mentioned on archive.org -- see the Links section].

According to Rafael, the 1997 version previously mentioned here, never happened. 1997 is written on Bandcamp but that's not the actual date, 1999 is. Also, only a few copies of the 1999 CD-R version were ever distributed/sold by Fabio.

Rafael is the one that posted the Bandcamp version.
