BAND NAME: Ancient Warrior
GENRE: Unblack Metal with Folk Influences

Note: Metal Archives has this band labeled as "Pagan Black Metal". This is in reference to the style they played, not their lyrical themes or beliefs. This is not a pagan band.
At the time the demo was released, both band members belonged to Iglesia Subterránea Caverna, a metal-themed church in Bolivia. Later, Angelus Dei left the church and Christianity, and planned to switch Ancient Warrior to a secular band. However, this never really happened -- the band split up before anything else happened under the name. These days, Negro is still involved with the church, and currently plays in heavy/power metal band, Milicia.
