The project began under a different name (not sure which) in 1997; then the name was changed to "Richter" in June 1999; then "Dommer" between 1999-2000; and finally "Slechtvalk" in January 2000. The project may have gone under the names Calceolaria and Rebirth, but these also may have been different projects entirely. Not sure yet.
