Note, the lyrics here are not complete. For example, some lines are missing from the end of "Howls of Worship".

1) Howls of Worship
5:12, lyrics:
I choose to serve; you choose to be a slave to the earth

Come let us worship and bow down
Let us kneel before the Lord our maker
Come let us worship and bow down to our maker

Worship
Worship
Worship

Let us worship and bow down to our maker
Bow down

Let us bow down and worship
Kneel before the maker
Let us bow down and worship
Kneel before the Lord

2) End to Seduction
3:54, lyrics:
I will not rest
Until I see your severed head
I will not sleep
Until He rescues me

You have seduced me
one too many times
I'm bending down to the earth
to draw a line

No more! No more!
I have pure hatred for you.
No more! No more!
I have pure hatred for you.

How long, O Lord
must I contend?
Help me in my weakness
to fight to the end

What a wretched man
I am
Who will rescue me
from this body of death
(Rom. 7:24)

No more! No more!
I have pure hatred for you.
No more! No more!
I have pure hatred for you.
Pure hatred for you

No more! No more!
Pure hatred for you

I will not rest
Until I see your severed head
I will not sleep
Until He rescues me

Pure hatred for you

3) Repent
6:14, lyrics:
Repent

Born into sin
Slave to the world
Inferior being destroying the soul
Turn from your wicked ways
Or burn in hell
Stray from the path, lost forever

Repent

It's natural to deny God
It is supernatural to know the truth
The truth

The two other tracks from the SkyBurnsBlack release of the self-titled are called "Blood Drunk" and "Kingdom Of Destruction", and they are completely different songs from the Visions Of The Crucifixion tape. I don't know when they were recorded or what they were planned for, but they may have been unreleased songs thrown into the SBB release of the self-titled except they were mislabeled as the said tape.

... That is so strange.

I could have sworn the tracklist had the actual "Visions of the Crucifixion" songs. When I read your comment, I actually thought the songs might have been switched out. But I checked the page source (CTRL + U) and it seems these other songs have been there from the very beginning. I mustn't have looked carefully enough or something. At any rate I've updated it now, thank you very much!!

Another question I have regarding the artist concerns the album "To Known Hell". If it is a non-Christian release, why does it have the track "Howls Of Worship" included? It's exactly the same as from the self-titled release. Listening through the album, there wasn't any explicit language (at least none that I know of), and cuss words weren't used until "Bought With Blood". The bigger question I have is, what made him walk away from Christ? I've known other artists who made the big mistake doing that, such as Underoath and Eternal Mystery.

Regarding "To Known Hell": I'm not sure. I remember hearing somewhere that it wasn't Christian; I messaged the artist "Chalice" about it and he confirmed it. I also noticed that that song is on it, but unfortunately I don't have any info as to why that is.

Regarding walking away: I don't really talk about personal stuff with bands unless I already know them well. I don't know Chalice so I never asked him, I just kept the questions professional. If he wants to answer, I'm sure he can, I won't put words in his mouth. But I can give my own observations about people in general. Some people have extremely shallow reasons (emotions, social trends); some people have philosophical reasons ("God is THIS or THAT, and I don't like that") but at the end of the day, they all seem to boil down to "THIS or THAT is more important to me than God". They all seem to view life as a purely individualistic thing (some are "spiritual", but even view spirituality as "individualistic"), and when it comes time to decide between individualism, and submitting to holy doctrine, they choose "self". Of course, we're inherently designed with God's fingerprint and "image", so the key to "self" is found in the VERY ACT of DENYING the "self" and submitting to God's wisdom -- in the very ACT of admitting one is a sinner and being renewed through Christ -- but it seems most aren't really up for a philosophy/theology discussion, so...
