"Into Total Destruction" was meant to be the only Armageddon Holocaust album. All future material was to be released under Doctor D's self-named solo project. However, because of the success of the debut album, THT Productions had the band release Doctor D's other material under the name Armageddon Holocaust instead. Because of this, their exact style varies a fair bit between releases. For example, "Into Total Destruction" is more brutal/fast, while "Radioactive Zone 245" has more groove and experimental sections.
I don't know who the above is a picture of. They said at one point that there were no public photos of Doctor D, so given it appeared on their 2000 album, it would either be a picture of Jefray, or Dark Thriller.
The band call their music "Apocalyptic Destruction Metal".
Doctor D also went by the names "Dozhaiatlach D." and "Dark Doctor".

The reason this took so long to release, was that Dark Thriller owned the rights to this material -- but he left the band in 2003, so the remaining members were unable to use the material at the time.
