Stated by the artist to be atmospheric unblack[1] but the SoundCloud page doesn't work anymore so I can't listen to the samples.

Changed name[2] but I'm not sure what the new name is.

Barzal announced this on 3 December 2012, so the project was at least active then. According to posts on the forum, it was on hold as of March 2013, and was active again under the new name by April.
