who was commissioned to do the illustration above, had no idea that the
CD was ever actually released, and especially had no idea most of the
bands hadn't given permission to be on it.

Mentioned in Christageddon's update history on Metal Archives. (I think only registered users can look at these links, but the point is, it's mentioned there.) The link to the release itself is [here], though it's now deleted, and only brings up a 404 error.
