2003 Demo (demo)

(????): 2003, Independent, CD, not sure if released?
Left: 2012, UMS Records (RIPOFF LABEL), CD, (???) copies, sold out
Right: 28 July, 2018, Independent, Bandcamp

Layout photos are for the 2012 version.

At least 50 copies exist of the Unblack Metal Scene version.
The Unblack Metal Scene page states that 2010 was the first time this was released. This conflicts with the 2012 release date I found before for that version (it's listed as available as of 8 April 2011) and it also conflicts with the 2003 version claim. Anyone have info about this?

1) Intro 1:05
2) Massacre 4:57
3) Get Out 3:27
4) Wings of Grace 2:37
5) Raise the Flag 3:02
6) Outro 1:05

INFO:
1) Anyone have the lyrics? 2) Anyone have the missing track lengths? 3) What order were these released in? Surely "Demo #1" wasn't actually released 2nd in the discography?... 4) Missing format info for "Macabre" and "Demo #1"? 5) Help me unravel the mess of the 2003 demo release dates.
IMAGES:
1) Anyone have a higher-quality version of this band photo? 2) The logo. 3) The 2012 version of the first demo.

Miscellaneous stuff:

Left: Original artwork from "2003 Demo"
Middle/Right: Alternate versions of the artwork

Note that the middle one uses the "Anima Mortuum" logo for some reason.
