"[. . .] i was unable to sleep. the opening riff of Above the Circles of the Earth was playing in my head, together with the name Irgalom. so as i was unable to sleep anyway, i got up, recorded the riff on my phone and then a dozen others on that very morning. i took that week's Friday off as i already had so many ideas i wanted to structure them into proper songs and thus Autumn Psalms was pretty much written on the week of the project's inception."

Different influences are apparent on different releases. The "Three Seasons" releases are a lot more death metal-oriented, whereas newer stuff is closer to an atmospheric black style. However, influences from all of the above are generally present in some capacity -- the project's blend of styles is fairly consistent across all releases.

With whom, then, will you compare God?
