Added here as an exception, since they played 'black' metal under their new name.
They felt the name "Crush Evil" was too strong of a statement, so they changed it to Antestor, which is more "neutral". One of Lars Stokstad's sisters had the idea for this name.
There is a rumor that a secular Finnish band once turned Crush Evil/Antestor artwork upside-down, and used it on one of their releases, but it appears to be just a rumor.

On Metal Archives, there's a mention of a 2003 rerelease of this demo on Momentum Scandinavia. More than likely, this is just a misunderstanding, referring to the 2003 compilation of the same name. However, I'm not sure (and unfortunately, the person who made that update has passed away, so I can't ask him where he found it...) so until more information becomes available, I'll leave this note here.
