As Jerry's band Day of Wrath was from Dauphin, Pennsylvania, I assume Vivisection is also from there, but I'm not certain.

Jerry "Tempest" Rife - Vocals
Both are founding members. Tempest later left while he struggled with his faith. He returned to Christianity 11 months later, but it's unclear if he returned to this particular band or not.
