Also according to that link, it seems there was a show on the 4th of November in the Netherlands to promote this, but the single itself wasn't released until the 6th during a show in Ukraine?
The CD version was available in unlimited quantities until the release of the album "Stratum". After that, the band and label claim, all remaining copies of this single were intentionally destroyed in a fire. I'd like to hope they didn't actually destroy copies of this, but.......? I don't know.

Also according to that link, it seems there was a show on the 4th of November in the Netherlands to promote this, but the single itself wasn't released until the 6th during a show in Ukraine?
The CD version was available in unlimited quantities until the release of the album "Stratum". After that, the band and label claim, all remaining copies of this single were intentionally destroyed in a fire. I'd like to hope they didn't actually destroy copies of this, but.......? I don't know.
